Suggested daily use: Administer topically to the affected eye 2-4 times daily as needed. To apply ointment, place a small amount under upper eyelid and the ointment will spread quickly over the entire surface of the eye. Comes in a 1/8 ounce tube. |
Pfizer Terramycin Ophthalmic Ointment with Polymyxin B Sulfate is a suspension of oxytetracycline hydrochloride and polymyxin B sulfate in a special petrolatum base. Each gram of ointment contains oxytetracycline HCI equivalent to 5 mg of oxytetracycline and 10,000 units of polymyxin B as the sulfate.
